Arrival & Check-In Information

Arrival AND Check-In are very simple. Once you have made your final payment, no later than 30 days prior to your arrival, you will be provided with several detailed files describing exactly what to do to start your wonderful stay.

We will send you the following:

  • A map showing the location of the property in Bucerias, Mexico.
  • Detailed information on what to expect when you land at the PV airport.
  • This includes picking up your baggage and going through customs, and getting a taxi.
  • A sheet for you to print out and give to the taxi driver. This sheet has directions to our Manager (George Borbolla’s) beautiful art and gift shop, CASABOR Gallery Mexicana, which is just 2 doors 1/2 block down from Dolce Vita 64 Lázaro Cárdenas. The sheet is in both Spanish and English so you and the driver will be able to read it! It also includes George’s cell phone number so the driver can call George if necessary. Your Taxi will take you to George’s centrally located shop where George will meet you and direct the taxi to either Dolce Vita or Condo Albatross.
  • George will check you in, give you keys to the property, and show you around. He will also be available should you need additional information on anything.
  • We also send you detailed information on the Bucerias area, including locations of grocery stores, a large list of good restaurants, how to catch the local buses, where to rent a car should you choose to do so, banks for money changing and many fun activities. We also provide written instructions on each of the properties systems including telephone and television use.

George and we are also available to answer any questions that you may have.
